Whole Process Design:
Considering the convenient water transportation method for cement, the main plant is built near a river, which is 8 Km away from the limestone mine
The crushed limestone is transported to the plant by a long belt conveyor. The homogenization of limestone raw materials is conducted in the circular homogenization silo.
3 fan systems are used for raw material grinding and waste gas treatment. The air swept coal mill is used for pulverized coal preparation, and roller press combined with grinding system is used for cement grinding.
Continuous stacker (Φ22.5m) is used for raw material homogenization.
Considering that the anthracite coal is used as fuel for this project, we designed the precalcining kiln system and hydraulic transmission flow controlling air beam grate cooler

Limestone Crushing
Adopts PC-2425 single stage jaw crusher with capacity of 900 t/h
Limestone Transportation
Adopts B1200m×8182m long belt conveyor with the capacity of 1800t/h
Limestone Homogenization Silo
Equipped with YDQ.1800/23 circular boom stacker and YDQ.Q550/90 circular scraper reclaimer. Clay homogenization silo is equipped with CBD350/17 side boom stacker and QGQ250/28 bridge-type scraping reclaimer. The raw coal homogenization silo is equipped with a QGQ150/28 bridge-type scraping reclaimer.
Raw Material Grinding
Equipped with roller mill with capacity of 420t/h
Kiln Tail Precalciner System
Adopts preheater, in-line calciner, rotary kiln and grate cooler
Pulverized Coal Preparation
Adopts φ3.8m×(7.25+3.5)m air swept coal mill
