Introduction to Cement Crushing and Grinding Plant
We offer a series of equipment to form an automated production line for cement plants, as well as offer a series of project services, including process design, civil construction, complete sets of equipment, installation and commissioning, and technical assistance.
Using the clinker production line, limestone raw material can be crushed, homogenized, dried, preheated and decomposed, sintered, cooled, ground, processed into cement finished product, then transported and packaged automatically. This line is also environmentally friendly and ensures a dust free process.
Depending on the output, we can provide our customers with clinker line production equipment in a range of capacities, including 1000t/d, 1500t/d, 2500t/d, 3000t/d, 4500t/d, 5000t/d, 6000t/d, 4500t/d, and 10,000t/d.

4. Raw Material Homogenizing Silo
The raw material homogenizing silo is equipped with an 18m×55m continuous multiple flows CP homogenization silo with an effective storage capacity of 9000t, storage life of 2.25d and power consumption of 0.3kW/h per ton of raw material. In order to achieve homogenization and stabilize the flow of the discharged materials, key valves on the base plate inflation and discharge system are produced by the German company BMH. In order to prevent water penetration and water leakage from affecting normal operation, the silo top is made of steel.

This equipment uses a distributed DCS control system developed by Honeywell, an American company, thus ensuring a higher level of automation.
